We currently deliver to Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New West, Burnaby, Richmond, White Rock, Surrey, Langley, Delta, Tsawwassen, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. As we grow, we will continue to expand!

Our weekly menus are designed by our head chef and holistic nutritionist. We don’t believe in counting calories. Instead, we concentrate on providing a wide variety of plant-based meals weekly, designed to offer a combination of different plant-based proteins, healthy fats, complex carbs and fresh produce. We understand eating healthy is a life style, not a diet. We believe the key is consistency & variety. Each week we provide 4 snacks, 4 lunches & 4 dinners. Our weekly menus are often a combination of new dishes, and fan favuorites that have made a come back.
